1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your booking of the venue and related services from Uumaa Banquet Hall (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the website or making a booking, you accept these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Client / You – The person or entity making the booking.

• Booking – The confirmed reservation for the event.

• Services – Venue hire, tables/chairs, lighting/sound, parking, catering, and other agreed facilities.

• Venue – The premises of Uumaa Banquet Hall.

3. Booking & Deposit

• A booking is confirmed only after the client submits the booking form and pays the required deposit.

• The event date is reserved only after receiving the deposit and signed agreement.

• Full and final payment must be made by the specified date communicated by us.

• Deposit is strictly non-refundable once the booking is made.

4. Payment Terms

• All charges are in Indian Rupees (₹).

• Additional services (extra guests, décor changes, menu changes) may incur extra charges.

• Late payment may lead to cancellation of booking without refund.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• No cancellation and no refund policy applies.

• Deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client.

• In case of force majeure (natural disaster, government restriction), we may reschedule the event or refund at our discretion.

• We are not responsible for any financial or personal loss caused by such conditions.

6. Guest Count & Menu

• Final guest count must be confirmed by the date provided by us.

• Extra charges apply for additional guests beyond the confirmed count.

• Only vegetarian food is allowed inside the hall.

• Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.

7. Use of Venue

• The venue may be used only for the purpose agreed in the booking.

• You must ensure proper conduct of all guests.

• Music/DJ/sound is allowed only till 10:00 PM as per government regulations.

• Loud or disturbing music is not allowed at any time.

• Cold fireworks, firecrackers, and band music inside the premises are strictly not allowed.

• Illegal activities or hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

• Staying inside the hall overnight is not allowed.

8. Decor, Vendors & Property Rules

• External vendors (decorators, photographers, caterers, etc.) must be approved by us.

• Any damage to hall property caused by guests or vendors must be compensated by the client.

• The hall must not be left dirty; basic cleanliness must be maintained.

• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings unless due to our proven negligence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your event, your guests, or any breach of these Terms.

10. Photos & Promotional Rights

We may record or photograph your event for internal or promotional use.
If you do not agree, you must inform us in writing before the event.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control such as:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemic situations
Strikes or accidents

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Virar / Thane District courts, Maharashtra.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the booking form and any written add-ons, form the complete agreement between you and Uumaa Banquet Hall.

15. Management Clause

All rules and regulations are overseen by Pandya Services.
